Alabama has been the most dominant college football program over the last eight years and it really isn’t even close.
Under Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide have put together a 114-18 overall record — that’s good for a .863 winning percentage — with a 66-12 mark in the SEC. They have seven seasons with 12 wins or more and have lost more than two games just twice during his historic tenure.
On Monday, they will play Clemson for their fifth national championship since 2008. That is what you call a dynasty, and 47-year-old Tigers coach Dabo Swinney hasn’t seen anything like it.

Alabama, which has won 26 games in a row dating back to a loss to Ole Miss on Sept. 19, 2015, opened as a seven-point favorite to beat Clemson earlier this week.
Last season’s championship bout between the two teams ended up being one of the most memorable performances in recent title game history, as the Tide won 45-40 in an exciting shootout.
The two titans will clash once more on Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. ET from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fl.
