Arkansas has made a staff change. Offensive coordinator Dan Enos is out after the Razorbacks did not score a touchdown against Mississippi State.
Sam Pittman made the decision to relieve Enos of his duties after Arkansas fell to 2-6 on the season, losing 7-3 to Mississippi State in the team’s 6th straight loss. Wide receivers coach Kenny Guiton, a former Ohio State quarterback, will take over play-calling duties for the remainder of the season.
Arkansas ranks last in the SEC in scoring offense at 26.5 points per game and total offense with 305.9 yards per contest.
Coach Pittman has relieved Dan Enos of his duties effective immediately.

Enos, 55, has been coaching since 1991. He first worked at Arkansas from 2015-to-2017 under Bret Bielema as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Pittman was the Razorbacks’ offensive line coach for the first of those 3 seasons (2015).
After Arkansas made a coaching change, Enos had stops at Michigan, Alabama, Miami, Cincinnati and Maryland from 2018-to-2022. He returned to Arkansas as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach after Kendal Briles’ departure for TCU.
Arkansas is off in Week 9. The Razorbacks return to action in Week 10, facing Florida in Gainesville.
