Dan Mullen revealed his teams of the week on Twitter following Rivalry Week and included 3 SEC teams.
Mullen had South Carolina, Texas A&M and Mississippi State on his list after the 3 teams pulled off their respective upsets.
South Carolina shocked the nation for a second weekend in a row. Just a week after the Gamecocks pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the season, they did it again, defeating Clemson for the first time since 2013.
Texas A&M put its forgettable season in the past and beat LSU, which was No. 5 at the time, crushing the Tigers’ Playoff hopes and continuing a weekend of upsets.
Mississippi State defeated Ole Miss in an Egg Bowl filled with drama and controversy. Ole Miss forced a fumble on the Bulldogs’ goal line, but couldn’t capitalize and came up short on a last ditch effort to score.
