Highlights from Dan Mullen’s post-game presser following Mississippi State’s win at Auburn:
On the Bulldogs’ defensive performance: “We had a great deal of strain. Our defense strained to the ball every single snap. The effort they played with — sometimes they don’t know how hard they got to go to make plays, but they learned tonight against a talented Auburn team.”
On Dak Prescott’s outing: “You’re always comfortable. There’s never a situation where you’re not comfortable with Dak. To me, I trust the quarterback in those situations. He’s going to take care of the football in those situations.”
Dan Mullen: "I thought our defense played unbelievably well. Great strain."
