Former college football coach Dan Mullen has put away the playbook and is now adding his expertise for ESPN as an analyst.
For the upcoming Week 4, Mullen shared his picks on some big games on Twitter Thursday. Of the 8 games listed (1 incorrectly), Mullen included 2 key divisional clashes in the SEC between ranked rivals.

Mullen has No. 23 Texas A&M over No. 10 Arkansas and No. 11 Tennessee over No. 20 Florida.
Though Texas A&M is the lower-ranked team, the Aggies are the betting favorite in Saturday’s Southwest Classic. Mullen’s former team, Florida (2-1) has struggled with close games, squeaking by against Utah and South Florida. The Vols are undefeated heading into Saturday afternoon’s showdown on Rocky Top.
We will certainly see if Mullen’s predictions are accurate as Week 4’s slated games begin Saturday. Mullen apologized for having Washington instead of Washington State.
