Three-star defensive tackle Dominic Livingston has decommitted from Texas A&M.

Livingston announced his decision via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon by posting the following:

“I’d like to go on record and say that while Texas A&M is No. 1 on my list of schools, I owe it to myself and to my family to find out if A&M is the best choice for me,” Livingston said. “That being said, I’ve decided to open up my recruiting process at this time. Thank you to everyone for their continued support and A&M football for sticking with their offer.”

Livingston, a 6-foot-3, 340-pound prospect out of Houston (Aldine Davis) is a member of the class of 2018.

He is rated as the No. 36 defensive tackle in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite.
