Demond Demas, Texas A&M WR, arrested and suspended from university

Demond Demas is a former 5-star wide receiver, but his time at Texas A&M has been tumultuous so far.
He was suspended before spring practices last year, and now he faces more legal problems.
On Wednesday, it was reported that Demas had been arrested on a charge of domestic assault, which isn’t the first time he’s been accused of hitting a former girlfriend:

Demas is accused of pushing the alleged victim’s head into a wall and throwing her to the floor, according to the Houston Chronicle report.
Demas has reportedly been suspended by the university amid the investigation into these charges. His future in the program is very much up in the air at this point, it seems.
