Derrius Guice would play against BYU without a helmet… or teeth

You’re just not going to keep LSU’s Derrius Guice off the field.
It’s that simple.
“I don’t care if they pull all (my teeth) out. I’ll be ready this week,” Guice told a reporter on Tuesday when asked if he was at 100 percent for the Tigers’ upcoming Week 1 game against BYU.
Guice added that he would play without a helmet if he had to.

Guice returned to practice on Monday for a light workout, according to The Times-Picayune. He has been recovering from what LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said last week was a “minor” injury sustained during a scrimmage on Aug. 19.
Unless he were to encounter some sort of serious injury, it’s obvious Guice won’t be sitting on the bench.
