National Signing Day is here and future Vanderbilt Commodores players are sending in their Letters of Intent. Here are the first five members of the 2016 class to send their official LOIs to the university:

- Zaire Jones, S, three-star, Meridian, Miss.
- Turner Cockrell, TE, three-star, Acworth, Ga.
- Frank Coppet, CB, three-star, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
An itinerant journalist, Christopher has moved between states 11 times in seven years. Formally an injury-prone Division I 800-meter specialist, he now wanders the Rockies in search of high peaks.
