If you’re a fan of college football and pop culture, you’re probably aware that LSU coach Ed Orgeron coached Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson back when the now-famous actor was a defensive lineman at Miami.
Well, The Rock is so famous that he now has a TV show about his younger self — an NBC series called “Young Rock.”
And, let’s just say the actor hired to play Coach O is, well, not very much like the LSU head coach at all. On Tuesday, Coach O joined T-Bob Hebert on 104.5 ESPN and had a hilarious take on the actor portraying him:

“Yeah, man, we gotta get that guy in the weight room!” Coach O laughs.
The Rock is indeed a big man, but so is Coach O. We’ll see if the actor takes Orgeron’s advice and bulks up as the season goes on.
