Ed Orgeron wishes a happy birthday to The Rock, who he used to coach

Published:
Saturday is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s 47th birthday, and we’re sure the talented actor and wrestler is celebrating even though most of the nation remains in lockdown.
The Rock and LSU coach Ed Orgeron once worked together, winning a national championship together with the 1991 Miami Hurricanes. Coach O was the defensive line coach and The Rock was a defensive tackle.
As you can see below, Coach O took to Twitter on Saturday morning to wish his former player a happy birthday:
Happy Birthday to @TheRock A true American Success Story. So proud to be one of your coaches! Geaux Tigers
— Coach Ed Orgeron (@Coach_EdOrgeron) May 2, 2020
The Rock may not share Coach O’s “Geaux Tigers” sentiments as strongly, but we’re sure he enjoys watching his former coach have the level of success he had in 2019.
Happy birthday to The Rock!
