Arkansas guard Nick Smith should be making his return to the hardwood soon, according to head coach Eric Musselman. That will be when the Razorbacks face Bradley on Saturday in North Little Rock.
“Nick (Smith)’s doing good,” he replied when asked about where things stood with the player.
The freshman had previously taken himself out with some knee soreness of Arkansas’ 88-78 win over Oklahoma at the BOK Center with 5:32 left to play and didn’t come out for the remainder of the contest.
“When Nick came back to the bench, it was a situation where we could have put him back in the game if we had needed him,” Musselman said. “But at that point, we had the game pretty much under control.”
Smith missed the first six games the season recovering from a right knee injury but looks to be back on track moving forward.
