ESPN announces schedule for National Signing Day televised commitments

If you’ve been sleeping on recruiting this cycle, you may not realize Wednesday is National Signing Day. Even with approximately 70 percent of elite prospects signing during the early signing period, there are plenty of nationally ranked prospects that have yet to decide where they will play their college football.

As has become an annual tradition, ESPN will televise several commitments on National Signing Day. Thursday evening, the network announced the commitment schedule for each and every prospect that plans to commit live on an ESPN channel.

Televised coverage will begin at 10 a.m. ET on ESPNU. The televised signing day coverage then switches to ESPN2 at Noon ET.

In addition to the live commitments, ESPN is sending the following reporters to three SEC campuses for National Signing Day coverage: Greg McElroy to Alabama, Chris Low to Tennessee and Kris Budden to Texas A&M.
