Paul Finebaum has never been one to hide from giving his opinion on certain topics, and that was once again the case on Monday morning.

On Friday, it was announced Colorado coach Deion Sanders had banned Denver Post columnist Sean Keeler from asking questions at press conferences. That was met with many varying opinions, but no one was as vocal with his thoughts than Finebaum on Get Up.

Finebaum used words like “disgraceful” and “autocratic” to describe Sanders’ decision. Hear his whole spiel below:

“Coach Prime is showing he isn’t ready for primetime, Greeny,” Finebaum said. “I find this whole thing to be disgraceful. Deion may want to talk about love and joy and that’s been the cornerstone of what he seems to be spewing out. Treating reporters like this seems like we are in some autocratic country. This is not America and the fact that it is in his contract is really is even more absurd. Don’t forget, he did this at Jackson State. This is a trait of Deion Sanders. He wants to have it his way, and I find him to be a bully and a hypocrite.”

Colorado is just days away from kicking off the 2024 season against North Dakota State. The game is slated for Thursday and will kick off at 8 p.m. ET.
