Week 3 of the college football season was a wild one for the SEC. Alabama defeated Ole Miss in a shootout, Auburn edged Arkansas in a controversial ending, and Texas A&M upset Florida.

As such, the ESPN Playoff Predictor has revised odds heading into Week 4.

Florida’s odds of reaching the College Football Playoff decreased from 14 percent to 4 percent after their first loss of the season. The Gators plummeted to 12th on the list.

Meanwhile, Alabama (third-best odds) is now up to a 66 percent chance of making the CFP and 19 percent chance of winning the national championship. Georgia, which easily defeated Tennessee last week, have the fourth-best odds (53 percent to make the CFP and 13 percent to win the national championship).

Auburn is given a 2 percent chance of qualifying for the playoffs.

Alabama hosts Georgia on Saturday in a matchup that will have major ramifications on the CFP race. Florida’s home game this week against LSU has been postponed due to a COVID-19 outbreak. Auburn travels to face South Carolina on Saturday.
