It’s still an achievement to play in a bowl game, right?
Including bowl-eligible FBS independents Notre Dame and BYU, there are 51 teams available to fill 82 postseason spots (41 bowl games) heading into the season’s 11th weekend.

Note: Six wins makes you bowl eligible in the FBS ranks, but there could be a couple 5-7 teams in the postseason this fall since there are a few bowl spots that aren’t expected to be filled by six-win teams. We’ve also included bowl tie-ins for every conference. Some totals may be one fewer than previous years due to New Year’s Six guidelines.
