The comeback fell short.

LSU trailed 10-0 at halftime, and 17-7 after three quarters, but the Tigers ran out of time against Troy and suffered a historic home loss.

From the LSU nine-yard line, Danny Etling found D.J. Chark for a 27-yard pass. But then Etling intercepted by Blace Brown to effectively end the game.

The Tigers fell to 3-2 on the season and play at Florida next week.

Here is some immediate reaction to the loss from fans and media.
