With news of USC potentially joining the Big Ten in a couple of years, fans took to Twitter to troll USC head coach Lincoln Riley.
In November 2021, Riley left Oklahoma for USC. He was Oklahoma’s head coach from 2017 to 2021. Without coaching a regular season game at USC, Riley already has to worry about which conference he will be coaching in for the majority of his time at USC.
Fans criticized Riley for leaving Oklahoma and questioned his desire to coach USC when they make the move to the Big Ten. Here are some responses to the recent news of USC’s potential Pac-12 departure and how it will impact Riley:

While the move for USC is not official, fans wanted to remind Riley about leaving Oklahoma when the Sooners were scheduled to leave the Big 12 for the SEC in a few years. It will be interesting to see how fans react to Riley’s time at USC as it develops.
