Halfway through the college football season, seniors who have dreams of playing in the NFL are running out of chances to impress scouts ahead of the 2017 NFL Draft.

NFL.com draft analyst Chad Reuter listed 10 seniors who need to play better in the second half of the 2016 season. Among the 10 players are five SEC stars:

  • Chad Kelly, QB, Ole Miss (No. 1)
  • Joshua Dobbs, QB, Tennessee (No. 4)
  • Travin Dural, WR, LSU (No. 6)
  • Tim Williams, LB, Alabama (No. 8)
  • Cam Sutton, DB, Tennessee (No. 10)

With the exception of Sutton, who has been injured since Week 3, the SEC players named on this list have been healthy and haven’t done much to improve their stock.

Fortunately, playing at big-name schools in the top conference in college football will afford the players on the list a national audience on several occasions. If they can star in the games remaining that air on ESPN and CBS, they’ll see their stocks rise.
