Florida announces uniforms, including alternate helmets, for game vs. Tennessee

No. 6 Florida (7-1) will play in its final road game of the season when it travels to face Tennessee (2-5) on Saturday.
The Gators revealed the uniform combo they’ll be wearing against one of their SEC East rivals.

The blue helmets, blue pants combo is a rare look for Florida.
Florida enters riding a 5-game winning streak. Florida’s lone loss of the season came in Week 3 at Texas A&M. Since then, Florida has registered all double-digit victories and scored over 30 points in every game.
Last week, Florida defeated visiting Kentucky 34-10.
Meanwhile, it’s been a down season for Tennessee. The Vols began the season with wins against South Carolina and Missouri but are currently on a 5-game losing streak. Most recently, Tennessee fell 30-17 at Auburn.
Florida leads the all-time series 29-20 and has defeated Tennessee in 3 consecutive seasons.
This season’s matchup is slated for a 3:30 p.m. EST kickoff and will be televised on CBS.
