Florida vs. Georgia history
Georgia leads the all-time series by a record of 52-43-2. Florida last beat the Bulldogs in 2016, so Georgia has won the last three meetings. Perhaps, most importantly, Kirby Smart has beat current Florida head coach Dan Mullen both times during their matchups.
Last year, Georgia beat Florida by a score of 24-17 led by Jake Fromm’s stellar play (279 passing yards, 2 touchdowns). Kyle Trask played well with 257 yards and 2 touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough to beat the Bulldogs.
