Report: Florida and Miami nearing agreement on neutral site game

Florida and Miami may soon have an agreement to once again meet on the gridiron.
According to the Miami Herald, the Gators and Hurricanes are nearly an agreement on a game for the 2019 season.
The report indicates the game is expected to be played in Orlando, and according to an email from Florida athletics director Jeremy Foley, is also expected to be the season opener.
If true, it would set up back-to-back SEC neutral site openers for former Georgia coach Mark Richt’s squad. The Hurricanes are slated to open the 2018 season in Texas against LSU.
Florida and Miami have played 55 times, with Miami leading the series 29-26.
The Hurricanes won the last matchup 21-16 back in 2013, and have won seven of the last eight meetings dating back to 1986.
