New England Patriots DB Cyrus Jones was ejected from last week’s game against the Cleveland Browns on a questionable call from officials.

However, according to Pro Football Talk, the former Alabama star won’t be fined by the NFL.

The decision not to fine the rookie likely indicates that the NFL felt he was wrongly ejected from the win over the Browns.

Jones has recorded three tackles for the Pats this season and has served as a valuable punt and kick returner.

The Patriots host the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday at 1 p.m. Eastern time.
