Bell didn’t see the field last season and ranked as the No. 15 weak-side defensive end in the class of 2015. He will be joining former high school teammate, Bradrick Shaw, who is a redshirt freshman running back for the Badgers.
Bell and his Badgers will be taking on the LSU Tigers on Sept. 3 at Lambeau Field to open the 2016 season.
