Brian Robinson Jr. might be one of the toughest players in the NFL.

The former Alabama running back and current Commanders’ rookie was running routes Sunday after being shot twice during an armed robbery attempt less than a month ago.

Robinson was shot after an attempted robbery in his car. Afterward, he was placed on the non-football injury list, which meant he would have to miss the first 4 weeks of the season.

He seems to be in good shape to make his NFL debut in Week 5 however, as he was comfortably running routes on the field ahead of the Commanders’ game on Sunday.

Robinson played at Alabama from 2017 to 2021, where he amassed 2,704 rushing yards and 31 career touchdowns. He was taken in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Commanders.

The Commanders take on the Eagles at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.
