Former Alabama starting offensive lineman Javion Cohen might have found his next home.
Cohen is set to visit Miami this upcoming weekend, according to his Twitter page. According to multiple reports, the Hurricanes have been the favorites to land the former Crimson Tide starter since he entered his name in the transfer portal earlier this month.

A native of the Yellowhammer State, Cohen started 11 of Alabama’s 12 regular-season games in 2022. He also started 14 of 15 games as a sophomore in 2021 after being named to the SEC All-Freshman Team in 2020.
The Hurricanes could be looking to upgrade their trenches after going 5-7 in the 1st year of the Mario Cristobal era. While 3 quarterbacks took reps, Miami allowed 36 sacks, including 30 in ACC play.
According to 247Sports, Cohen has already received an offer from Miami. Meanwhile, the Crimson Tide will need to replace both interior offensive linemen as redshirt senior Emil Ekiyor prepares to head to the NFL draft in April.
