Fnd former Alabama tight end to Miller Forristall will be suited up for Cleveland’s Thursday night game, after being elevated to the active roster Thursday afternoon by the Browns.

Along with Forristall, the Browns will also be elevating wide receiver Chester Rogers for potentially helping with special teams in punt returning.

Forristall played in 2 games as a rookie for the Browns in 2021 while spending the other games on the practice squad.

An NFL team can have up to 55 players on its team for a given week by elevating one or two players off of the practice squad. After this game, Forristall will then revert back to the practice squad.

The real test will be tonight to see how these elevated players perform from the practice squad.

The Browns will take on the Steelers on Amazon Prime’s “Thursday Night Football” slated for 8:15 p.m. ET.
