Former Alabama WR Derek Kief announces he’s landed tryout opportunity with NFL squad

Former Alabama WR Derek Kief didn’t make much of an impact on offense for the Crimson Tide in his four years in Tuscaloosa, but he still managed 11 catches for 101 yards and two touchdowns.
However, he was a key player for the Tide on special teams, even returning one punt for 17 yards as a senior in 2018.
Now, he’ll have his opportunity to land an NFL roster spot, as he tweeted out that he’d landed a tryout opportunity with the Buffalo Bills:

Kief will reunite with former Alabama OC Brian Daboll, so it’s a very interesting spot for him to land a tryout.
We’ve seen little-used Alabama receivers find success in the NFL before, as Robert Foster caught 27 passes for 541 yards and three scores for these very same Bills last season. Will Kief follow in his footsteps?
