Former Florida OL Mike Pouncey recently asked for his release from the Miami Dolphins, and that request was granted.
Now, the ex-Gator is leaving Miami and heading as far west as possible, according to news that broke on Monday evening.
As you can see in the tweet below, the Los Angeles Chargers announced that they have signed Pouncey to a two-year deal:

Pouncey was a first-round pick in 2010, and has spent his entire career with the Dolphins. His twin brother, Maurkice, still plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Pouncey will join a Chargers team that competed for a playoff spot in 2017 before coming up short.
