Former Mizzou OL Justin Britt has carved out a solid NFL career for himself over the years.
After going to the Seattle Seahawks in Round 2 of the 2014 NFL Draft, Britt spent 6 years in the Pacific Northwest.
He didn’t have a team in 2020 after suffering a knee injury, but he joined the Houston Texans in 2021 on a 1-year contract. He was a productive member of the offensive line, mostly playing at center, and now he’s earned a 2-year deal to remain with the Texans:

Per NFL insider Aaron Wilson, Britt’s deal is worth a total of $9 million, with the potential to get it up to $10.5 million if incentives are met:

Britt will bring a veteran presence to the Texans’ offensive line. We’ll see if he can earn those incentives to push his deal over the $10 million mark.
