Former Arkansas Razorback and second round NBA draft selection Jaylin Williams has signed a pro contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Williams, the first NBA player of Vietnamese descent, inked a 4-year, $8.2 million deal per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Williams is one of 4 Razorbacks drafted in the past 4 years, joining Moses Moody, Daniel Gafford and Isaiah Joe. He was a First-Team All-SEC performer in 2021-22, averaging 10.9 points, 9.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 31 averaged minutes.

The Thunder now have two players with homophone names, drafting Jalen Williams with the No. 12 pick prior to drafting Jaylin Williams at No. 34.
