Williams, a former 4-star recruit out of Georgia, will join with Rams’ head coach Mike Bobo, who served as Georgia’s offensive coordinator for several seasons under Mark Richt.
In his two seasons with the Vols, Williams played in six games and caught 16 passes for 247 yards and 2 touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 209-pound receiver left the Tennessee program back in October.
