Former Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel is always in the spotlight — whether that’s on the football field or on TMZ.

The polarizing figure has gone from Heisman Trophy winner and first-round draft pick to a constant (and troubled) party animal. At only 24 years old, it’s unknown as to whether he’ll ever play in the NFL again.

Former Georgia QB Quincy Carter knows about off-the-field issues. During his time with the Dallas Cowboys, Carter failed multiple drug tests — which led to his release. He also was arrested on marijuana and simple battery charges.

On Friday night, Carter took to Twitter and offered to help Manziel:

We’ll see if Johnny Football takes him up on his offer.
