FOX is taking the trip to Orlando for Week 5, as “Big Noon Kickoff” will be on hand for UCF’s home game against Colorado on Saturday.
Colorado is 3-1 after a stunning 38-31 overtime win over Baylor during Week 4. Deion Sanders’ team tied things up thanks to Shedeur Sanders’ 43-yard Hail Mary to LaJohntay Webster with no time remaining. After the Buffaloes made it 38-31 with their OT possession, Baylor’s Dominic Richardson fumbled it near the goal line after a Travis Hunter hit, with the ball going out the back of the end zone for a game-ending touchback.
UCF, who was idle in Week 4, enters the matchup 3-0, opening the season with a 57-3 win over New Hampshire before topping Sam Houston State 45-14 and TCU 35-34. That’s now back-to-back 3-0 starts for Gus Malzahn and the Knights.
The Buffs and Knights have never met on the gridiron, with both teams seeking to move to 2-0 in Big 12 play. Kickoff from FBC Mortgage Stadium is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
