Oh, this is going to be fun.

Florida State president John Thrasher seems to think No. 1 Alabama will be no match for the third-ranked Seminoles when the teams meet on Sept. 2 in Atlanta for an 8 p.m. ET kickoff on ABC.

“I shouldn’t talk too much trash,” Thrasher apparently said on Friday. “But I think we’re gonna beat Alabama pretty bad next week … I really do.”

That quote was reported by Tim Linafelt of Seminoles.com.

Be careful what you wish for, Mr. Thrasher. Nick Saban is 10-0 in season openers since arriving in Tuscaloosa in 2007.

In other news, ESPN released an Alabama-FSU hype video to Taylor Swift’s new single.
