Gamecocks land commitment from South Carolina’s No. 2 overall prospect Jamario Holley

Will Muschamp’s recruiting prowess continues to grow as South Carolina has just secured a commitment from the state’s No. 2 ranked player in the 2019 recruiting cycle from receiver Jamario Holley.
Holley is rated as a four-star prospect, the nation’s No. 44 receiver and the No. 2 overall prospect from South Carolina in 2019 according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. Holley commits to the Gamecocks over offers from Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida State, and Virginia Tech.
The Gamecocks now have six total 2019 commitments lined up, with Holley being the highest ranked member of the class.
The South Carolina coach “announced” news of the commitment Friday morning, which has since been retweeted by Holley:
