Garth Brooks serenades Neyland Stadium crowd with ‘Rocky Top’

Neyland Stadium was loud Saturday night even during the bye week.
That’s because country music star Garth Brooks held a concert in front of nearly 84,000 fans to sing his biggest hits. The CMA Entertainer of the Year sang his hit classics “Callin’ Baton Rouge” and “Friends in Low Places,” among others.
It marked the first time in 16 years that Neyland Stadium hosted more than a college football game on a Saturday night. Brooks joined The Jacksons (1984 concert) and Kenny Chesney (2003 concert) as the only three concerts Neyland Stadium has ever hosted.
However, nothing made Tennessee fans scream louder than the ending of the show with his own rendition of “Rocky Top.”
Brooks is one of the most recognizable country music singers, and he’s had 20 No. 1 hits during his illustrious career.
