Georgia up to No. 10 in Coaches Poll, holds in AP after win over Vanderbilt

Todd Gurley did it all for the Georgia Bulldogs in its 44-17 win over Vanderbilt on Saturday afternoon in Athens.
Gurley rushed for 163 yards and two scores on 25 carries, caught two passes for 24 yards and threw a pass for 50 yards en route to Georgia’s fourth win of the season and second in SEC play.
With the win, not only are the Bulldogs SEC hopes still in play, but Mark Richt’s team is back in the top 10 in the Amway Coaches Poll and Associated Press Top 25.
In the Coaches Poll, the ‘Dawgs jumped two spots to No. 10 and sit 31 points behind No. 9 Oklahoma. In the AP Top 25, the Bulldogs held at No. 13 between No. 12 Oregon and No. 14 Texas A&M.
Georgia now faces No. 24/23 Missouri in a huge SEC East showdown that likely will decide the Eastern Division champion.
