Former Southern University football player Devon Gales suffered a devastating injury in a 2015 game against Georgia that left him paralyzed.

Though he has recently begun walking again, he still faces a long road to recovery and his family needs a new house that is accessible for him.

On Saturday, at Georgia’s spring game, another fundraiser was held for the Gales family, and unsurprisingly, Georgia fans came through again. According to Macon.com, Gales had a great time at the event and more than $10,000 was raised for the ongoing project:

“I enjoyed every minute of it,” Devon said. “It showed to me how much people still really care about my story and how much love they have for me. I had plenty of support for getting this house built, and that’s all I really need.”

As of Saturday morning, one of the campaign’s leaders told The Telegraph that the funds had topped $150,000.

The Gales family is looking for land in the Gwinnett County area to build the accessible house on, and there’s still a lot of work to be done, but the generosity of Georgia fans was on full display once again on Saturday.
