Georgia men’s basketball’s non-conference slate for the 2023-24 season is set.
Bulldogs head coach Mike White announced Georgia’s non-conference foes Tuesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs will begin their campaign with a tough matchup against Oregon in Las Vegas on Nov. 6 as part of the Naismith Hall of Fame Series before returning home for another tough matchup against Wake Forest. They’ll remain home for another game against North Carolina Central before heading south to The Bahamas.
Starting Nov. 17, Georgia will compete in the Baha Mar Hoops Bahamas Championship in Nassau, where the Bulldogs will take on Miami (FL) and either Kansas State or Providence.
They will then face Winthrop at home and Florida State on the road for the ACC-SEC Challenge. Georgia will get a much-needed 6-game home stand against Mercer, Georgia Tech, High Point, Mount St. Mary’s, North Florida and Alabama A&M to round out its non-conference slate.
Georgia went 16-16 and missed the NCAA Tournament last season, but showed improvement under first-year head coach Mike White. The Bulldogs will look to continue trending upward in the 2023-24 season.
