Georgia will host one of the nation’s top high school prospects on an official visit in Week 7, according to a report.
That news comes from 247Sports’ Tom Loy, who says that 5-star defensive lineman Elijah Griffin will be in Athens this weekend to see the Bulldogs take on Mississippi State.
Loy also notes that Griffin will be celebrating his birthday this weekend as he makes the trip to Athens. Loy said believes this race is “trending in the right direction” for Georgia, although Miami and USC are also still in the mix.
