Greg McElroy shares what he learned about Ole Miss, looks forward to the drama at Texas A&M
Greg McElroy thinks that SEC clash between Ole Miss and Texas A&M is going to a dramatic one.
On Tuesday, the ESPN analyst said that there’s no need to create drama, it’s already built into the matchup. The 3-4 Aggies, who are 5th in the SEC West, are looking to right the ship and are in a “must win” situation in order to keep their bowl hopes alive. Meanwhile, Ole Miss is looking to cement their footing in the same division, having secured a 7-1 record already on the season.

Since 2012, the Aggies and Rebels have met in head to head SEC action each year with the exception of 2020. Ole Miss took top prize in 2021, but the Aggies were on a 3 year win streak in 2017, 2018, and 2019. McElroy states that a win this week would “change the narrative” for the Aggies, and give the embattled team some momentum.
Ole Miss is favored by 3 on Saturday, but we’ll see if the Aggies can pull an underdog upset against the Rebels.
