Greg McElroy shares why Mississippi State could be a trap game for Texas A&M

Texas A&M (3-1) will be looking to regain its footing after a 20-10 loss to Arkansas.
The No. 15 Aggies’ next game is at home against Mike Leach’s Mississippi State Bulldogs, who are 2-2 on the year.
While this might set up as a prime bounce-back game for Texas A&M, ESPN analyst Greg McElroy told Paul Finebaum that he thinks the Aggies should be wary of the Bulldogs.
“That’s a dangerous game,” McElroy said on “Finebuam,” per 247Sports. “You’re already having the hangover effect from playing poorly against Arkansas. You’re probably beat up because of how physical Arkansas was in that game. Now you have Alabama looming. One of the biggest games they will have on campus in quite some time, and then stuck right in the middle is Mississippi State who is really capable on the defensive side”
Lastly, McElroy also stated that one thing he thinks is holding the Aggies back this year is the offensive line play.
“And one thing I think I know about Texas A&M right now is that their offensive line play — based on what they were last year, they are unrecognizable. I know they have some injuries and some challenges, but Zach Calzada, at no point on Saturday, looked like he was comfortable. They had that the long run for Spiller, but for the most part, that run game has been hit or miss all throughout the season. They’ve had a lot of slow starts offensively as well. I’m very concerned with what I’ve seen now from Texas A&M.”
