He’s still got it: Houston Nutt recalls motivational speech he gave during his Arkansas tenure

If Arkansas was ever in need of a motivational talk, it would be this week as the Razorbacks travel to Tuscaloosa to take on No. 1 Alabama after getting routed by Auburn 51-10 to drop to 2-5 on the season and go to 0-12 in SEC play during the Chad Morris era.
Enter former coach Houston Nutt, who while speaking at the Little Rock Touchdown Club on Tuesday, remembered the pep talk he gave before his first game at Arkansas while also trying to motivate the current Razorbacks team ahead of the battle with the Crimson Tide.
Nothing was off limits. Nutt mentions that Tua Tagovailoa isn’t playing and that Bryant-Denny Stadium has all of the LED lights now and the Razorbacks will be playing in front of more than 100,000 people, but says all he wants to see is that the team goes 1,000 miles per hour and gives all their effort for Arkansas.
It is a must watch, as most videos of Nutt are going to be. When is he going to get his next chance at coaching?

After listening to his interview, y'all, I am ready to run through a wall for this man!
