Jackson Arnold gave Oklahoma the upper hand at halftime against No. 18 Ole Miss with a late touchdown pass to Jacob Jordan. Arnold rolled out to the right and impressively avoided a sack as he extended the play and eventually found this receiver in the end zone.
Oklahoma currently leads Ole Miss, 14-10 at the half. The Sooners scored a touchdown in each quarter, with the Rebels putting up a touchdown of their own in the first quarter and a field goal in the second quarter.
Here’s a look at that latest score for the Sooners:

Quarterback Jackson Arnold has completed 10 of his 13 passing attempts for 110 yards and 2 touchdowns, marking a solid performance that is needed on his end after the quarterback controversy the Sooners have had throughout the year. Outside of Jordan, Bauer Sharp has also been a major factor, totaling 4 receptions for 44 yards and 1 touchdown.
If Oklahoma is to go on to win this game, it would be a much-needed win for a program that has had a rough first season in the SEC. It will also mark Oklahoma’s first victory since Sept. 28 when it downed the Auburn Tigers, 27-21.
