Jalen Milroe made something out of nothing to put the Alabama Crimson Tide on the board against the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders.
Milroe received an errant snap from the senior center Seth McLaughlin that skipped off the ground and forced Milroe to retreat about 10 yards to secure the ball. After picking up the ball, what Milroe did was incredible.

Milroe did his best Michael Vick impersonation by dodging multiple defenders and zig-zagging his way to the end zone for a 21-yard score. Milroe showed off his running ability, and this play showcased the dual-threat nature that Milroe has.
The redshirt sophomore QB has big shoes to fill at QB after Bryce Young was the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Milroe got in 8 games for the Tide in 2022 and rushed 31 times for 263 yards and 1 TD. Milroe also threw for 297 yards with 5 TDs and 3 INTs last season.
The Tide are looking to start 1-0 in 2023, as a big matchup with the Texas Longhorns awaits in Week 2.
