James Franklin and Penn State entered Week 13 in a prime position to reach the College Football Playoff. Now, the Nittany Lions find themselves in a dogfight against Minnesota that could determine their final fate.

Penn State’s offense has taken a while to get unhitched on the road vs. the Golden Gophers. However, the major story right now is a special teams unit that had 2 kicks blocked in the first half.
