Jaylen Waddle weighs in on Alabama QBs Bryce Young and Mac Jones

The Alabama Crimson Tide have a bit of a quarterback battle heading into the 2020 season.
Many expect veteran Mac Jones to win the starting job, but 5-star freshman Bryce Young is already making headlines with his play during fall practices.
On Saturday, speedy WR Jaylen Waddle was asked about both quarterbacks. About Young, he said the talent is evident when you watch him play:
Waddle on Bryce Young: "Bryce is looking really good. He's learning. He learns quick and fast. He's really just showing his talent and what he can do right now."

About Jones, he said the confidence and leadership displayed has grown significantly since last season:

Again, Jones is likely to win the job heading into 2020 based on his experience, but Young will be waiting in the wings if Jones struggles.
Having 2 quarterbacks ready to play is never a bad thing, though.
