Jaylon Braxton, 4-star CB from Texas, commits to Arkansas

Jaylon Braxton recently set July 9, his mother’s birthday, as his new commitment date. Once the clock struck midnight in Texas, Braxton was ready to announce his pledge to play for Arkansas.

On June 14, Braxton committed to Michigan State. After taking visits to Arkansas and Miami, Braxton backed off his pledge to MSU on July 1.

Out of Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas, Braxton is listed at over 5-11 and 170 pounds. He is rated 4-stars, the No. 27 cornerback, No. 44 Texas recruit and No. 244 prospect overall in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite. Braxton has picked up 28 scholarship offers during his recruitment.
