JC on the SEC: Don’t make Alabama angry, what to make of frustrating Florida

In the latest episode of “JC on the SEC,” Saturday Down South senior writer John Crist discusses Alabama’s annihilation of Vanderbilt.
The Commodores started the season 3-0 and looked like legitimate contenders in the East, but then they ran into the Crimson Tide. Coach Nick Saban and Co. were clearly extra motivated after hearing some curious comments coming out of Nashville.
As for Florida, it’s difficult to get a read on the program at this point. One the one hand, the Gators have been bad on offense and not as good as usual on defense. But on the other, coach Jim McElwain’s club keeps finding ways to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. It may not be pretty, but that’s a talent in and of itself.
